[moneydance] Print problem, Mac OS X, latest Java, latest MD

It is not a Java thing on my G4/1.25 MDD running OS X 10.4.6 and Java  
1.5.0_06 with either a Networked Brother laser or an Epson C88 via  
USB. The most commonly recommended fix for Tiger printer problems is  
to reset the printing system in the Printer Setup Utility.
