[moneydance] payments not happening

Hi Guys,
I had some of the same issues with payments not going out. This was
with Suntrust. I called Suntrust support and they had no record of the
check requests. This was on the the first release of 2006 (build #
unknown) I tried.
I think I'm on 526 now and no longer seem to have the problem, but I'm
watching carefully.

Essentially the same thing happened to me. I don't understand it
either.
First some payments were missed. I didn't notice until the next
month's bills came with complaints about missed payments.
Paid the nexst round and noticed, for the first two, they needed to
be entered twice. they worked the second time. For the third, I didn't
make a second try after the first failed.
Rather than keep at it, I deleted them all, wrote paper checks, and
sent an e-mail to support at moneydance.com. Got a quick but, I'm afraid,
rather dismissive, answer saying they'd look into it. That is where it
has stood for the past couple of weeks.
