[moneydance] payments not happening

I did grumble about the unusual moneydance response, but I'm not
blaming anybody, just asking for help.

I'm a geek, not a lawyer. If I thought I had any chance of getting
through the Phone Phalanx to somebody who would know, I would have
tried.  If there was a log of the moneydance payment conversation with
the bank I would have examined it closely.
