[moneydance] divreinvest screws up cash balance in 528

Too bad you have to pay a fee for a Div Reinvestment, here there is no charge for my various funds.

But this example is one reason I long ago started using a Bank account for cash and keep the cash part of a portfolio at $0.00.  You can track every entry in the cash account and when the portfolio cash changes from $0,  I know I have goofed.
