[moneydance] divreinvest screws up cash balance in 528

Not sure if it is specific to Vanguard (ie., is something they are doing
earmarking numbers for the wrong box in MD) or not, as mine only occurs in
Vanguard (but this is because I do not have dividend reinvestments in my
other accounts).

Yeah! That's *exactly* what I'm having with my DivReinvests! I thought
it was me and was pouring over my Vanguard statements trying to see what I
did wrong. It's not just a Vanguard thing, is it? I mean, a DivReinvest
is a DivReinvest, right?
