Because MD does not support authenticating proxy, I can't set up online banking at work (grrr....).

I need the connection information for Commerce Bank of NJ to set it up by hand.

Ironic.  I work for the bank and can hit the server becausw it is on my LAN, but I can't set it up because of proxy authentication...
