Ah ... despite my experience, how soon I forget that Q/Win is a totally 
different program from Q/Mac!

Well, time will tell. I'm certainly not ready to opine on my ideal.

This afternoon I have discovered that almost all my remaining discrepancies 
are due to a few transactions where I had multiple splits with the same 
destination account. MD wasn't able to match these with the "other side" 
transaction, resulting in duplicates. This *could* be fixed, if Sean feels 
it's worth the effort to get cleaner imports, though detection and warning 
would be almost as good. There were actually only three such transactions, 
but figuring that out and tracking them down and finding the duplicates has 
taken me more time than everything else put together.
