Well, certainly there are a lot of defects, and they are all closely enough 
related that I felt it best to put them in a single ticket, thus they are 
all under "defect". I also added another item:

5) In a secondary window (additional window opened by ctrl-click from home 
page), "show other side" opens the other side in the main window, thus 
usurping whatever is already there, instead of in a new window.
