Oh, wait a minute -- ctrl-click DOES work. Wrong interface for Windows; 
should be right-click. Right-click acts just like left-click.

Other problems: "show other side" from a secondary window usurps what's on 
the main monitor, no menu bar (Windows) and limited tool bar in secondary 
window. But it does work. I've submitted ticket #615 about the menu bar and 
tool bar.
