[moneydance] Printing

Apparently I can not print from MD if I have two printers set up.

When I got to the office this morning, the only way I could print from
MD was to remove the printer set up for home use last night and
reinstall a printer for the office.

This does not take but a few seconds, but it is not the way it should
work.

Of course at this point I have no idea whether this is a MD or Umbunto
problem, but I suspect MD as I was able to print from either printer
with Office and Firefox.
