[moneydance] how long to wait for forum replies?

The sparsely populated forums on the Moneydance web site are indicated to
be the primary avenue to Moneydance support according to the help page --
apparently even paid users don't get an email address. The support page
says "Moneydance's support staff and software engineers moderate the forum
every day" (I assume they mean "monitor" rather than "moderate"), yet in
reading old posts I see many cases where requests for help have gone for
days and even weeks with no response.
How long should I wait for a response here? And is there any way to get
someone's attention if I don't get a response?
And will my problems get more attention if I enter them in the issue
tracking system?
I'm new at this -- just last night paid for my license and began seriously
attempting my conversion from Q. It looks like I have only a small handful
of serious problems to resolve, but I do sorta wanna know that there's some
support available. I posted two requests on the MD forums last night -- I
don't want to be pushy, but when they say every day, I take them at their word.
