[moneydance] Smith Barney online connection

Hello,

I've read previous messages about people trying to connect to Smith 
Barney, and there are also lots of posts on the user forum (none 
successful), but I just thought I'd check once more to see if I should 
abandon hope of downloading my Smith Barney transactions.

I have an FMA account (kind of like a checking account) and I am able 
to use direct connect with Microsoft Money. I'm running build 526 on 
OSX 10.3.9. When I try to set up my Smith Barney account for online 
updates, I have a choice of "Smith Barney - Investments" or "Salomon 
Smith Barney". Selecting Salomon Smith Barney prompts me to change my 
password (I find this unnerving) and then it tells me my password is 
incorrect. (It isn't.) When I try to use Smith Barney - Investments, 
I'm prompted for my checking account number, routing number, password, 
etc. but when I click "Next" nothing happens. It just sits there doing 
nothing. The program doesn't lock up, but it just won't continue and I 
don't get any kind of error message.

Is there anything else I can try? I'm paying Smith Barney $3 a month 
for the "privelege" of direct connection, so if this is never going to 
work, I need to know so I can cancel that option.
