It's showing up on the 4th Wednesday of the month. Which is how weekly
works. "Repeat on every 4th Wednesday" of the month. Since the 12th isn't
the 4th Wednesday, it shows up on the 12th because you told the system
that's the first transaction date, but the 4th Wednesday of July is the
26th. What you want to do is hit "Monthly" and select the day of the month
if the date is the same each month or hit Daily and select it to repeat
every 28 days (which would be every 4 weeks). This would be an extension
on how you would set up a payment to show every two weeks (14 days instead
of 28).
