I don't use a Mac, but I do use Linux.  I always tell anyone I want help 
from that I use Linux and FireFox... at least the first time I call.  
Usually I hear something like "...we don't get enough requests" or "... 
the aren't enough Linux/FireFox users ".  I want to make sure they know 
there are people out here that want to use their service/product but 
don't use Windows/IE.  If I don't get an answer, I'll call back or mask 
my browser to show Windows/IE.  If it's a product/service I really 
want, I'll call back over and over as a Linux/FireFox user.  Maybe if 
they here it enough, someone will finally take notice.  If we just keep 
disguising ourselves, they will continue to think there is no demand.
