This is getting off topic for Moneydance, but the short version is open a
shell (or terminal or command prompt or whatever SUSE is calling it).
Then in that shell, type "kghostview /path/to/saved_file", substituting
whatever the real path is to your saved file from the print-to-file
operation.

When you print to a file, you're sending what would normally go the
printer to that file. What you're seeing is the postscript source code
that the printer driver will interpret to produce the printed page. It
won't look anything all like your report until the printer driver reads it
and draws the page based on the instructions it finds. KGhostscript does
the same thing as the printer driver, it just outputs to the screen
instead of the printer.
