[moneydance] Printing with Suse 10.1

When I double click on the file, KGhostview or Ghostscript just opens to
a blank page. I don't know how to open it from a shell.

But it does matter. I opened it with StarOffice 8, the report was only
for one transaction. it opened with 10 pages of gibberish.
