I have been using Multi-Currency since I began using MoneyDance and
have no complaints. My base currency is GBP but I have accounts in
EUR, USD and CHF. Just set up the accounts in the currency you want
and if you make a purchase say on a USD Credit Card in EURs just add
EUR after the amount and MoneyDance will make the conversion. You
will have to do some tweeking when you reconcile as the exchange rate
the card issuer uses may not (almost certainly not!) be the same as
that which MoneyDance picks up.
Good Luck
