[moneydance] moneydance wiki is down?

I'm getting "You don't have permission to access /mdwiki/ on this
server." when trying to access http://moneydance.com/mdwiki/.  Has the
wiki been discontinued or moved, or is this supposed to work?

And, while I'm writing, any suggestions on how to get information on
using multiple currencies?  Looking at the user guide I see the
tantalizing "Chapter 12: International and Multi-currency Support" but
it sadly isn't a link.  I am currently in the process of moving to a
different country with a different currency and it's not clear to me
how to handle transactions in the new currency.  I've done some Google
searches on the mailing lists and haven't found anything quite basic
enough.
