Everything else?  Including other java apps?

There's a known issue with some combinations of ghostscript, cups, and  
java.  See, for example,

For what it's worth, I can't yet print directly either because of the  
above issue.  (To work around it, I print to a file, edit out all  
references of "/ManualFeed False" and then send the edited file to the  
printer.  Painful, but it works.)
