[moneydance] Expense categories not autofilled in online banking

I recently upgraded to Moneydance 2006 R4 (528) from (520) because the 
categories were not being automatically filled in when making online 
bill payments.

Categories are still not being filled in.

To test this, I made an online payment and filled in the category from 
the popup box.  I then exited MD, reloaded MD, and again went to online 
banking and filled in the password.  Started a payment to the same 
vendor and the category was blank.

Has Moneydance changed in that respect?  Am I doing something dumb 
again?  What to do?
