[moneydance] online bank

I'd like to move to a national bank that provides temporary credit card
numbers (for online purchases) and easy integration with Moneydance.
Also as good an interest rate for balance as possible.  Checking percs
like free checks.  Visa/Mastercard credit and debit.  National network
of ATMs.

I thought this might be a good place to ask.  Any suggestions welcomed!
