[moneydance] file chooser

That's actually Motif but it is native, just like GTK.  If this is a  
sudden change then the issue is could be the version of Java being  
used to run Moneydance.  Check the "About Moneydance" menu to see  
which vendor and version are being used and that might give a hint as  
to the problem.
