[moneydance] file chooser

The problem is when you click Choose File on that dialog.  Another is
opened, titled Chose QIF file.  

Your comment helped me find the problem though. A week or so ago I
switched to java jdk1.4.2 because of a problem with another application.
By the time I needed moneydance again, I'd forgotten.  Switching back
restored the behavior I'd been used to.  Though I have to say the
chooser dialog there is not a great one ;)
