[moneydance] Online payments not working

This is a known problem without a known solution. Therefore please go to 
http://trac.moneydance.com/trac, find the existing ticket on this problem, 
and add your comments. This will both add information which might help 
locate the problem, and add another voice indicating the extent of the 
problem. (Use the existing ticket; do not create a new one.)
