[moneydance] payments not happening

Dear Moneydance,

    It's even worse today.  My last 3 payment requests were for June 8,
a Thursday.  I left the program open overnight, and easily downloaded
a couple of cleared transactions.

    Then I tried to enter another payment for June 8.  It was entered in 
the register, but IGNORED ONLINE by US BANK.

    I re-entered it, after changing the date to June 9.  Now it shows
properly as "Will Process".

    This is getting flakier and flakier.  Have the banks changed their
software, or has Moneydance been changed too much?
