[moneydance] Severe Bank of America bill pay problems

Well, it just locked me out again.  This time I was in the payees  
window, had submitted one payment successfully, and was sending a  
second to the bank when I got the same 15502 lockout error. :(

I'll give it a couple days, and try again.  Or maybe I'll try a brand- 
new clean MD file and start "from scratch," though I can't imagine  
how that'd help.  This is with build 527, btw.
