[moneydance] Work with Australian institutes?

I got replies from two of the Australian banks that operate in New
Zealand.
Westpac say:

National Bank of New Zealand, now sadly owned by ANZ, declined to
answer the question that was actually asked and instead answered the
one that they thought I should have asked, the answer to which I
already knew.
