[moneydance] Severe Bank of America bill pay problems

I think you will find that things are working correctly again. When MD 
started locking me out of my account, one of BofA's tech people told me 
that I needed to change my username as well. A couple of days later and 
I stopped having problems. That was about 2 weeks ago.
