[moneydance] Severe Bank of America bill pay problems

Just to add my 2cents.  I am a BofA customer and used to frustrated by
the $9.99 montly fee.  Recently I learned by changing to an Advantage
customer the fee is waived.  I did that and have been happily using
OFX connections since.  However, I only use the OFX connection a few
times a month so I haven't noticed any lockouts.
