Does anyone know how to turn off automatic exchange rate conversions?

I'm trying to import several years worth of Quicken data, and all of the
transfers between account of different currencies have incorrect amounts.

When I go and correct the value in one account, it updates the amount in the
other one! Normally, this might be a good thing, but it means that I can't
get the books to match initially, since the exchange rates have changed
quite a bit over the last 5 years.
