[moneydance] Severe Bank of America bill pay problems

No one at BofA has ever mentioned anything about a fee or payment in the
six years I've been using BofA.
Since I've spoken to BofA bill pay support 4 times lately, you would
think somebody would have said something. FWIW I am a Preferred
customer and don't pay for checks either.
I suspect something is wrong in their system. For example, I have been
told by their support that the web site banking and online banking ala
Quicken don't coordinate passwords well - they tell me to allow time for
my online banking password to "propagate" through the system when I
change it.
