[moneydance] Severe Bank of America bill pay problems

Bank of America has recently started this policy of paying 9.99 for 
Quicken/MS Money OFX Connections.  I am unable to connec to BOA also and 
I will not pay the 9.99 to connect.  So if you contact BOA and ask them 
to setup your account for Quicken/MS Money Access you will probably be OK. 

So Please let me know.
