[moneydance] Severe Bank of America bill pay problems

I have been locked out 5 times this month from my Bank of America online 
banking account.

BofA online banking support keeps telling me they are removing the lock 
and to setup a new online banking password and wait.  Each time I wait 
(up to a few days to let the change propagate) only to get another error 
message.

This all started happening when BofA instituted a new policy of minimum 
8 digit passwords so I had to change my old password.  Since then I have 
had a series of lockouts.

I am able to make bill payments directly to the BofA online banking web 
site and have been told that passwords used in the web banking system 
and online bill pay (Quicken ;-) are not in immediate synch.

Bank of America has caused a lot of problems over the years.
Is anyone else having problems?
