You didn't say whether the new system is running the same OS or a different 
OS. Luckily, it doesn't matter.

1) Install MD on new system.

2) Copy your MD accounts file -- you named it, probably ends in .md -- to 
the new system.

3) Run MD, open accounts file.

That's perhaps making it a little more complicated than it really is. MD is 
truly a cross-platform program.
