[moneydance] moneydance wiki is down?

Sean took down the wiki several months ago when he released MD 2006.   I
believe because he's trying to create a single help file rather than a wiki
and felt the concept wasn't working.  There was an explanation somewhere in
an earlier message in this message list.  Might be worth searching for.
