[moneydance] Bill Payment Issues

Well, I've watched quite a few people experience error messages when  
trying to pay bills online through Moneydance, so I guess this was  
inevitable for me. I've been somewhat lucky up to this point, but now  
about 95% of the time (5% of the time it still works) I just get an  
error message upon clicking on "Online Bill Payment", or clicking on  
a Payee in the "Send Payment To". The error message reads:

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The  
details of this error are below. A communication or parsing error  
occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy  
error, or misconfigured server. Error Description:  
java.io.IOException: HTTP Error:500 Internal

The two banks I use to pay bills are

NetBank
U.S. Bank

and I experience the same error with both. Any ideas?
