You won't find anything specific because MD is a tool for setting up your 
own accounts. Plus, it's not really intended for commercial accounting -- 
as others have pointed out to me when I persist in using for my consulting. 
If you need guidance in how to set up accounts for a rental business, look 
to books or a CPA.

That said, what Robert posted is pretty much what I do with my small rental 
property.
