[moneydance] Online payments now working (kind of)

Hi John,
Thanks for the confirmation that the bill payment error is (mostly)
fixed. I'm not sure what to make of the internal error messages - I
saw one of those with SunTrust but submitting the exact same request
again worked so I assume it is some problem that is internal to their
database and that the change I made only forces the server to return
an error rather than silently ignoring the payment request.
The strange thing is that I've only really seen this error with
SunTrust (who uses the same payment processing company as many
others). If anyone else sees this problem with another bank, please
let me know.
As for the trac login, I had to password protect it because spammers
were abusing the system. To post an update to the ticket, click the
"Login" link and use guest/guest for the login and password.
