Hi Fred,
The format of the data file didn't change at all.  How the budgets are
stored in the data file did change, but all this means is that your budgets
from MD 2006 will be copied to MD2007, but modifying those budgets in MD
2007 will not affect the MD2006 budgets.  Basically, it is always possible
to go back :)
