Yes, MD did indeed try to install to /opt. Funny that, since I'm
installing as a user and don't have write permissions to /opt.

I just installed into a directory I made in my /home directory. Seems
to work just fine. I now have both MD 2006 & MD 2007 installed on the
same machine. Both seem to share the same data file without any issues.
I am going to use MD 2007 for day-to-day right now...seems stable so
far. And keep my backups safe as well. :)

Found a couple of minor display bugs (features?) I need to get into the
bug tracker.
