[moneydance] How to alter width of "last column" in MD

The problem is that the last column (balance) is now considerably
wider than any of the other columns--in fact, it
takes up about 1/2 of the screen. Since the values shown are RIGHT-
justified this means that it still just barely fits
in the window. And, as you say, if you reduce the window size, it
proportionally reduces ALL the columns.
