[moneydance] How to alter width of "last column" in MD

Suppose you were able to reduce the width of the final column.  What
then would appear to the right of that column?  Empty space?

The way to reduce that width is to reduce the width of Moneydance's
window.  Of course, that has the side-effect of rescaling all column
widths to match, but I think that is the only option you have:  Set the
width of the window, then adjust the column widths within.
