[moneydance] Change preferences to not autocheck downloaded transactions?

The newer versions of Moneydance mark downloaded bank transactions with 
a yellow check mark.

It's very distracting and causes confusion.  If I command MD to remove 
all check marks, it does that but they come back!  Just like "the cat 
came back" in the song.

How can I tell Moneydance to _never_ mark transactions that MD thinks 
may be in some process of being reconciled ?  I will do that myself.
