[moneydance] Moneydance Entry Forms

Hi Sean,

I've seen no action on this entry form issue and I'm up to version 530. 
I can live with it for checks and such but investment accounts are 
really difficult without the forms. Were the screenshots helpful?
Is this a dead issue or on the back burner or.....  Please let me know. 
I would hate to run MM just to track the stocks.
