[moneydance] AGGH--I destroyed my Moneydance datafile

If your MD filenames don't end with the .md extension, MD won't recognize them.

Since MD names its backup files with a time-stamp appended to the end
of the file name (after the .md), you'll have to rename them (to get
rid of the date stamp) before MD will open them.
