[moneydance] Conversion from Quicken

The only way I could find to create QIF files was one account at a time.
Did I miss something? I have around 50 accounts setup and
export/importing them one at a time and then tracking down duplicate
inter account transfers does not sound like much fun.
I assume report definitions do not port.
What about invoice histories?

Once I figured this out it was fairly straightforward (but time-consuming) to clear up. I did grumble a little initially, but made myself feel better by blaming it all on Quicken!
