[md-dev] Yahoo Forex sync

Hi Srini,

No reason, other than the exchange rate extension hasn't gotten as  
much attention as the stock quote equivalent and doesn't spawn a  
separate thread to do the updates.  I keep meaning to do a major  
update on this, but never quite get the chance.

PS  I'm moving from the USA to Edinburgh tomorrow so I'll be out of  
contact for a couple of days (as if it didn't take me at least that  
long to respond to emails anyway).
