Hi Bob, Moneydance does now do direct connections with PNC Bank. You may have to ask them to set up your account for "direct connections from Quicken for Windows" (since QWin and Moneydance use the exact same connection method). You will then be given a username/password that is different than the one you use to connect through their web site.

In the past Moneydance would not work with PNC Bank. I was told that this was being fixed. Will Moneydance now work with PNC Bank?

MoneyDance looks great but I think it can be greater, at least in my prospective. It needs more banks for online banking. Add Navy Federal Credit Union, USAA, AAFES and Sharebuilder to your list online banking you will put rhythm in our money.

When I try to delete an active account Moneydance shuts down. On re-opening Moneydance no changes have been made to the account.

I tried to enter a ticket logged in but got an error message that I didn't have the privileges. Under Snow Leopard, when the side bar is hidden and the window resized, it reappears. In order to "fix it", I have to select "Show Side Bar" and then "Hide Side Bar".

Hi,
I like all of the new features I have tried with the exception of downloading transactions.
The new method is not as easy and takes more mouse clicks to accomplish the same thing. I like to enter information in the memo field of each transaction. To do this I must double click the transaction, enter the information, hit return and then go to the bottom and click accept to clear the little blue dot from the transaction. The old method was much simpler for me. I could just enter the information and click record. Would it be possible to have the option to use the old system as in 2008? I did not put this in the Trac as this is not really a bug, just a feature I do not care for.
Thanks for some great software,
Frank
