A few minutes ago I updated Moneydance to 2007r5 (build 587) which includes a few minor improvements over 2007r4. The primary changes are:
Version 2007r5 (build 587) includes the following changes:
- Fees are now applied consistently to buy, sell, short, cover, buy+transfer and sell+transfer transactions
- Fixed register alignment issues on Mac OS X leopard and earlier releases
- Fixed low level error that prevented Moneydance from running on Mac OS X 10.2 and earlier
Many on the mailing list requested the first change on the mailing list and I’m glad to finally make this change public.
Please let us know if you have any issues with the update!

I am using OS X 10.5 Leopard. I have downloaded the latests Moneydance program 227r5. The issue I am having is that at the top, where my budget was displayed, it now displays, nothing. I have tried to switch it to this month, last 30 days, etc. Yet I still have untitled budget, with nothing displayed. I really enjoyed this feature, help!

Drew: If the budget still appears in the list of budgets then you might want to make sure your system time is correct. Also try clicking on “Untitled Budget” in case your budget information was entered under a budget with a different name.

gbarr: I can’t give an exact time with that issue will be fixed, but it can be worked around by editing the QIF file prior to import and removing the lines that have “!Type:Invst” in the middle of a transaction (as described in Reply #4 on your linked thread).
